Installer agrees to install the ShadeTree® Retractable Deck and Patio Canopy System described in the letter to Customer (property owner) in a workmanlike manner, at the location specified, according to ShadeTree published installation instructions, and for the recommended compensation indicated in the Installer Referral Letter to customer, This recommended installation fee is generally based on the Estimated Installation Schedule as published on the ShadeTree website, but may be adjusted as agreed between the customer (property owner) and installer.

The above installation price includes the labor to assemble the ShadeTree® canopy system only. This price does not include the cost of lumber and supplies purchased locally, and/or carpentry work required for supporting the system, or any other work requested by the Customer in addition to assembly of the ShadeTree® Retractable Deck and Patio Canopy System.

Customer agrees to sign and provide to ShadeTree the Completion Certificate immediately upon satisfactory completion of installation, which entitles Installer to receive immediate payment from Customer. Submission of this Installer Completion Certificate to ShadeTree Systems initiates the ShadeTree Limited Warranty. ShadeTree® does not generally warrant the Installer's services - see the ShadeTree Limited Warranty for details. ShadeTree acts for the customer only with respect to the assembly of ShadeTree® Retractable Deck and Patio Canopy System.
